Sadar Hati Foundation was established on 1 February 2002 in Kota Malang. Deed of Establishment No.09 dated 19 July 2012 (Notary Ismaryani, SH, M.Kn) was ratified as a legal entity by Menkumham RI through SK No. AHU-7327.AH.01.04 dated 14 November 2012. The Articles of Association were last amended in 2019 (Foundation Register No. AHU-0022074.AH.01.12.Tahun 2019).
