Watiek Ideo is a children's book author, literacy advocate, and education facilitator who has long contributed to Indonesia's literary world. A Psychology graduate of Universitas Airlangga, she blends an understanding of child development with her love of literature to nurture character, mental health, empathy, and social awareness. She believes every individual has the right to grow in an environment that is safe, inclusive, and free of stigma.To date, hundreds of her works have been published by national and international publishers. Beyond writing, she is an active speaker at seminars, training sessions, and educational activities on parenting, literacy, psychology, and self-development. She has also initiated a range of community-based literacy and women's-empowerment movements that foster collaboration and sustainable social impact.For her dedication to advancing children's literacy and culture in Indonesia, Watiek Ideo received the 2023 Indonesian Cultural Award (Anugerah Kebudayaan Indonesia) in the Pioneer and Reformer category. Through her work and activism, she continues to help bring about a society that is more empowered, caring, and respectful of every person's dignity.

A clinical psychologist and public-health practitioner who has built a track record of more than a decade in HIV programs and harm reduction. They led Sadar Hati's programs during the HCPI–Australian Aid era (2010–2014), supporting hundreds of grassroots communities, representing the community voice on the Global Fund Community Delegation at the international level, and since 2013 have been active in the cross-border humanitarian sector — supporting mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programs across various crisis settings. As Chair of the Supervisory Board, they safeguard the foundation's governance, accountability, and sustainability, while building Sadar Hati's data systems and knowledge hub.

Moch. Nuroini is one of Sadar Hati's earliest-generation administrators — his name appears in the foundation's deed of establishment as part of its first management structure, working directly alongside the founder, the late Mochamad Theo Zaenuri. Over the course of the foundation's journey he once served as Chair of the Management Board before now being entrusted as Chair of the Board of Trustees. Beyond Sadar Hati, he built long experience in tuberculosis-elimination programs with KNCV Indonesia — working across provinces to strengthen the health system from the community level up to local government. It is this blend of Sadar Hati's historical roots and his deep hands-on experience in national health programs that he brings as guardian of the foundation's direction, values, and sustainability across generations of leadership.

Luluk Nailufar is an education creator, illustrator, writer, and community organizer who uses stories, illustration, and creativity to nurture character, mental health, and social awareness. Through a warm, inclusive, and stigma-free approach, she believes every individual deserves the chance to grow, be empowered, and contribute to their community.To date, she has produced more than 80 works in the form of books, illustrations, and educational media for children and adults alike. She also created Luna and Friends, a universe of characters conveying messages of empathy, self-resilience, mental health, and human values through a creative approach rooted in everyday life.Beyond her own work, she is an active speaker and facilitator across education, literacy, self-development, and community-empowerment programs. Through her work and activism, she is committed to fostering individuals and communities that are more caring, empowered, and respectful of every person's dignity.

Siti Fattimah serves as Treasurer of Sadar Hati Foundation, focusing on strengthening organizational governance, financial management, and accountable administration. With a background in Information Technology, she combines precision, analytical skill, and a systematic approach to support the effectiveness and sustainability of the foundation's social, educational, and humanitarian programs.She has experience preparing budget plans and projections for national and international funding programs, including managing budgets for education programs, community empowerment, and literacy-book publishing. For her, transparency and accountability are essential foundations for ensuring that every resource delivers optimal benefit to the community.Through her role at Sadar Hati Foundation, she is committed to advancing governance that is professional, transparent, and sustainable. She believes that sound financial management not only supports the organization's operations but is also a vital part of delivering broader and more meaningful social impact.

Rizka Febri is a social-accompaniment practitioner with experience in case management, community empowerment, and community-based program administration. A Sociology graduate, she has long been involved in various social initiatives, including HIV-prevention education, accompaniment of vulnerable groups, and community-development work focused on improving quality of life and strengthening the capacity of individuals and communities.Her journey with Sadar Hati Foundation began in 2010–2013 as a Case Manager in accompaniment and case-management programs. After broadening her experience across various social fields, she rejoined in 2025 as Program Treasurer, responsible for financial administration, record-keeping, and program reporting to support activities that are effective, transparent, and accountable.Through her role, Rizka is committed to helping realize services that are dignified, inclusive, and sustainable for the community. She believes that good program management is an essential part of ensuring that every social intervention delivers real and meaningful impact for those in need.
